SciLog, Inc. Announces Expansion To Meet Growing Global Demand

SciLog, Inc., the world’s first and largest designer and manufacturer of single-use bioprocessing systems and pre-calibrated sensors, today announced its purchase of and relocation to a new and larger corporate headquarters in Madison, Wis.

The new facility will enable SciLog to address the rapid growth in global demand for its bioprocessing products and services through expanded manufacturing, customer service and support operations. The company said its supply chain management team has grown as part of the expansion.

“2012 is a breakout year for SciLog. We are experiencing rapid growth in global demand for our Open Architecture systems and sensors. We also remain committed to innovation and will be launching several novel products for the bioprocessing industry. Our new facility will enable us to further expand production and staff to support our customers,” said Juliette Schick, President and CEO of SciLog. “We are very pleased to be able to expand in our home community of Madison now that we have grown the business into a global market presence.”

SciLog chose a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design for its new headquarters. The building features an open floorplan and merges with the surrounding environment. This mirrors SciLog’s commitment to developing Open Architecture™ bioprocessing systems that seamlessly merge with other components on the same system. Open Architecture™ technology eliminates vendor, application, and supply chain risks by enabling customers to integrate multiple applications, filtration vendors, and types of filters.
